1.0 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the CentralisX Presales eXperience Trip Giveaway ("Giveaway"), organized by CentralisX ("Organizer"). By participating in the Giveaway (“Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2.0 Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all Participants who participate in one or in any of the Centralis X Coin (CXC) Presale Stages, 1-10. Any Participant that participates in all 10 Presale Stages will automatically go into a “Winner Takes All - eXperience of a Lifetime!” (further details below).
Each $1,000 USDT (net of gas and fees) purchase of CXC qualifies for one (1) entry into the Giveaway. For example; a $2,000 USDT purchase will receive two (2) automatic entries, and $15,000 USDT purchase of CXC will receive fifteen (15) automatic entries.
3.0 Entry
Your entries are automatic and calculated based on the amount of USDT in purchasing CXC during the Presale Stages. The number of entries corresponds to the amount of USDT in multiples of $1,000 USDT (net of gas and fees).
Participation below $1,000 USDT do not quality for entry.
4.0 Fully Funded Presale Prerequisite
The Giveaway for each stage will only be fulfilled if and when the Presale Stage is funded to at least 75% of its advertised hard cap, and once the Presale Stage is officially closed (“Fully Funded Presale”). CentralisX is not obligated to award any trip if the
funding goal is not met.
5.0 Giveaway Prize Details

6.0 Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected through a random draw-generator from all eligible entries at the end of each Fully Funded Presale stage.
Winners will be notified two weeks (14 days) after each Presale Stage close and announced on the CentralisX official website and social media channels.
7.0 Travel Arrangement and Coordination
CentralisX will coordinate with each winner to plan, curate and book all travel arrangements. CentralisX reserves the right to make the final decision on travel dates and arrangements.

8.0 Transferability
The prize can be gifted or transferred to anyone you may wish, and we’ll work with them to curate their Trip Giveaway of a Lifetime. However, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for USDT or Fiat or alt coins. Any attempt to sell or exchange the prize will result in forfeiture of the prize.
9.0 Use of Personal Information
By participating, Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the sole purposes of administering the Giveaway and coordinating travel arrangements.
Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities (supporting the CentralisX platform or App), such as but not limited to; sharing photos and videos of their trip on social media.
10.0 Waiver and Release of Liability
The Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Waiver") is entered into by and between CentralisX ("CentralisX") and the undersigned winner ("Winner") and where applicable their travel companion(s) ("Companion") (collectively, the "Participants").
10.1Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing the Waiver, Participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
10.1.1 CentralisX Responsibilities
(i) CentralisX's responsibility is limited to arranging the travel package as described in the CentralisX Presale eXperience Trip Giveaway Terms and Conditions;
(ii) CentralisX will coordinate and pay for the full package to the value of $35,000 USDT, which may include the following:

10.2 Waiver of Liability
Upon commencement of the trip, CentralisX shall be released from any and all liabilities, obligations, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by the Participants, or to any property belonging to the Participants, whether caused by the negligence of CentralisX or otherwise, while participating in the trip or while in, on, or upon the premises where the trip is being conducted.
10.3 Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centralis from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that CentralisX may incur due to the Participants' participation in the trip, whether caused by negligence of CentralisX or otherwise. CentralisX reserves the right to change, edit, amend, add, in part or whole any and all of the terms and conditions without notice.
10.4 Medical and Travel Insurance
CentralisX strongly recommends and urges Participants to independently obtain travel and health insurance for the trip destination to ensure they are medically covered in the event of an emergency or other incidents while on the trip. Whilst the cost may form part of the Winners curated prize, Winners must make their own independent inquiries.
10.5 Governing Law
The Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Europe, Canada, Malta and any other jurisdiction(s) that CentralisX deems appropriate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of as deemed by CentralisX.
10.6 Binding Effect
The Waiver shall be binding upon the Participants, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
10.7 Understanding and Acceptance
Winners by accepting their Prize are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions and signing the Waiver. Participants acknowledge that they have read and fully understand both the Waiver and the Terms & Conditions and confirm that they are agreeing to the Waiver freely and voluntarily. Participants agree that the Waiver shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under the applicable law(s).
